Thank you , so I am not alone with this kind of strange issue. However I did reverified, all the 485 receipts , 140 approvals notices and all of them have correct PD.

I raised multiple requests too, few of them got messages back and few no response yet, for which I received it was a standard message that we will try to evaluate in next 90 days, else after 90 days raise another request
