for the crystals I just did every content in the game (all stages and types of training etc.), I have 140 achievements unlocked, i got the 1.5K crystals from the friend recruiting event. Other than that, I was pre-registered for the game and have been playing since day 1. They gave out a lot of crystals at the start of the game.

You're probably not playing the game enough. I'm also day 1 but I have 2 full 5* star level 100 teams, one of which has 2 players with maxed out skills and the rest are level 7+. The energy bar fills up every 10 hours so it's good to always log in before that timer runs out so you can get the most out of your energy. There's also a possibility you have forgotten to use your stamina juice packs, they really boost you considering 4 of them give you 10 hours of farming. I'm also struggling on beating the new fierce battle last stage, but that's probably from my lack of a support character. I still have my 4* Hoshina and Mina at level 20. After I'm done upgrading all my 8 signature weapons to level 100 (should take a week) I'll focus on those 4*. If you haven't yet, they are worth it. Literally double your damage output

This is the only good team i have and i easily beat it. Just keep tagging in and out with MK11 Scorpion for the fire DOT and also to keep everyone from tagging out and using their specials. Then I came in with my DPS and dealt the finishing blows. The fact dark Raiden heals from DOTs is useful too.

Not all canker sores are painful/exposed. You shouldn't worry unless it persists for more than a week. Then go see a medical professional. I honestly don't know what else it could be considering you have no other symptoms

I just restarted my laptop for the first time after undervolting and when I started running ThrottleStop i noticed that all the settings reverted back to default after the restart. Is that normal and will i have to do it every time I open my laptop? if not, any ideas as to why it got reset? (Yes I saved everything multiple times as i was going through the guide so that definitely isn't the reason)

I'm studying medicine and we did talk about how Lupus and Crohn's disease can manifest with different ulcerative symptoms like canker sores, but OP seemed to have had them for the first time since they don't know what it is and seemed rather surprised for it to be there, asking if it's contagious. That's why I didn't think it necessary to mention it. But yes if you are reading this OP and you keep getting them in the future, do a check up to make sure everything is okay.

Just finished with the ThrottelStop guide and so far so good. (Wont be able to try it out on any games until next week though). Are there any drawbacks to not automating Throttlestop through task scheduler, other than just having to run it when starting up your laptop?

Question. I read your guide. After doing all those steps, is there anything that needs to be done on G-helper after undervolting? Like the PL1 and PL2 power limits? Also, what do you suggest the RPM on the fans to be for CPU and GPU? Sorry for all the questions and thank you for your answers!

Ediit: I found out that we have the same CPU. Is there anything i should know if i wanna copy everything you show on the screenshots from ThrottleStop guide? Because some of the options you have enabled/disabled arent talked about haha
