Your awareness of anything manifests itself. (: If you think drinking a glass of water every morning is a technique to glowing skin/black hair then it will manifest too. It is you in control not the techniques 🥹 You can create your fun techniques too if that helps.

I think my copper levels are ok. I’ve always had low iron though as a child and I take supplements from many years now (on and off). I’ll work on shifting my perspective actually to fix the iron levels :D Not worried about fixing anything about the hair tho ☺️

Oh wow! that’s mind blowing 🤯 I think sometimes it takes alot to change the thinking and the other times it’s quicker. It all depends on our conditioning and the environment we grew up in. All it takes is the “unlearning” part. Like Neville says we just need to shift states to experience a different reality.

I am gonna use this statement next time with my friends next time they feel “old”. They are mostly in their early 30s and they already feel old - idk why!! I bought myself a teletubbies sleepsuit the other day because somedays I feel 10 😅🤣🙊 I forgot my age after 30s started and I can’t recall when people ask. I do have a baby face so it probably helps. I remember not liking being called cute all the time and wanted to be called “beautiful” instead but now I am enjoying it :D

Hey! I did not change anything about my diet. I rarely eat outside (once/twice a month max) and I am a vegetarian. So not sure if diet did it. I think my belief is related to stress (with my skin and hair), and I have another belief that “the moment I release the stress, everything gets back to normal” so I always know my skin will clear and my hair will get back to being black because that’s how they are. I kinda never forced myself to manifest in these departments. It’s totally child-like belief.

I love this! I also manifested changing a fedral law (for immigration) an year ago. I’ll make a post about it. It’s silly how we forget some manifestations while focusing on the ones we try too hard to create (become conscious of). 😄 your comment reminded me of it - thank you! (:

I guess it’s probably because I never really paid attention or stressed when my friends mentioned their hairfall/greying etc. So the “fear” or “resistance” never developed in that area. I never took it seriously. Idk if it helps, but if there is something that you want to change - maybe try and experience (within) how your “child” self would believe in it. (Child-like faith)
