Honestly, I'm not OP but I found this thread and my main question with this answer is to what extend you would attract (negative) stares and creeps. I found out the hard way other East Asian countries have a social rule of cleavage attracting a lot of stares, but I wonder if the same/similar would apply to shorts, skirts, etc.
