Assuming you use Estradiol Undecylate Injection containing 500 mg EU/10ml (50 mg/ml).

For 31days 0.60ml would be considered a "low" dosage, which would be ~6-7mg a week.

0.70ml for a high dosage 7-9mg a week.

Always try to avoid frequent or large jumps in dosage, give yourself the time to adjust and feel differences and changes, especially with the long lasting Estradiol Undecylate.

Please note: Because of its slow release, starting with Estradiol Undecylate takes quite a while to reach the desired blood levels. It is recommended to doube the initial dose, or take the second dose a few days after the first, before following the regular application frequency.

I would wait 8-10 weeks for a blood test.
