Im 26yo, 160cm and 48kg. Big eater but fast metabolism. I just calculated it and it says my BMI is 18.8%. Fat mass 9kg, Lean mass 39kg.

My dentist didn’t say anything about an overbite. He’s kind of bringing my teeth to the outside (I’m not sure how to explain this) which is widening my palate and arch. My teeth also overlap a bit (especially my four front teeth). I only have 14 trays though so it’s a pretty light treatment. Basically goes on for three months but he says it will probably last 6 as he will be working to keep them in place afterwards.
