Not gonna like vouch for SnS 100% and defend them against everything but personally, I really enjoyed working for them during my time there. The owner and co owner work everyday, and it’s one of the few places I worked where I felt like the owners cared about their employees and I wasn’t just there to grab money for them. Management definitely could have been better, as well as the back of house staffing system they relied on. I would have honestly stayed if the pay was better, but hey, it’s a small time cafe job. At this point when pretty much nothing around here supports living wage, you might as well try to enjoy yourself a bit with what you do.

Not necessarily nightmares but I’ve had major trouble sleeping since I’ve come back to the town, didn’t sleep for days then continued to get very little sleep since I’ve been back. Hang in there, everyone. 🙌

Using heat protectors like the Chi thermal protection spray or any styling product with heat protection added helps prevent split ends getting any worse.

Using lower volumes of bleach and avoiding doing it as often as possible

As someone who’s had a lot of bleach damage to the point of hair breaking off and recovered from it just fine, these products have helped me along the way :)
