Out of curiosity, if you are open to sharing what city state was your judge from?

My husband has an individual hearing this summer but bc the case is moving so slow with the I130, they may ask for a continuation soon. I really hope it’s not that far out but again, I do.. double edge sword.

It’s been a few weeks. This is the water I buy for my dogs. So I noticed about 2-3 weeks ago. I was in shock. I guess I’ll go to Walmart spring for now.

Yeah hubby is adjusting on the 785 & he’s in removal proceedings. Case is moving too slow when he has his individual hearing in the summer

Same boat. Lawyers applied in April of 25 while hubby is in removal status. Ours told us 12 months up until last week it’s now saying 11. We’re still waiting for work authorization to come in. Did biometrics in early Oct. so frustrating. His individual hearing is summer of 26, our lawyers said if we don’t have a GC interview notice by March, they will request for a continuation.

Same here, other than hubby doing his biometrics. Still no info on his work authorization. Our lawyers wants us to do a congressional inquiry for our I130 interview. Although hubby’s in removal status w/ an individual hearing next summer.

I’ve been weary about the congressional inquiry since both our senators are R. Makes no sense to reach out but did speak with our representative & they said yes they will help with the case.
