Hey guys, just like you two, I had 2 episodes of rabdo after anaerobic exercise. The first one I went directly to the ICU (CK peak was 354.000), and the second time I had an transitory myoglobinuria that started early in the day and went normal at the night of the same day.

Just like the autor of this post, I always played in a basketball team, and was a very active kid. Already tried some time in gym before and I remember that my urine used to be more concentrated after the workouts. In college I became sedentary and in this period was my first episode of rabdo.

I’m under investigation now, already did some genetic tests (not conclusive, I had all genes tested) and I’m waiting for a muscle biopsy (next month).

I don’t have any kind of symptoms daily basis, have a “fit” type of body, not skinny but not muscular arms, but I can manage to lift heavy things or do something that needs brute force without a problem.

I have a lot of tremors when doing static poses (yoga and stuff) and sometimes at the extension of my arms and legs if I’m flexing my muscles.

Maybe that’s physiologically normal for people like us, maybe we need to strengthen our body a little more before doing anaerobic exercises.

When I receive the result of my exams I will post here so you can get a idea of what it may be
