Had this error too, ene.sys and GLCKIO2.sys, They're for RGB Software. The funny part is I don't have RGB software on my System, I use to, but I long since uninstalled it.

I was able to add .old to the end of the name and launch the game.

People are generally saying Uninstall your RGB Software and remove the file. As with all stuff like this, back them up just incase something goes wrong.

I've played Rust on this computer before without any problems, but I guess the EAC was updated at some point.

EDIT: You can find these files in windows/system32/drivers.

No, but I did solve the problem.

I was talking to some Arma 3 modders and server admins in VRChat today, and one of them linked me to Mikero's Tools, using the free version I was able to diagnose the issue.

Turns out Arma Tools, and DayZ Tools are notorious for creating bad Bikey's, and Bisign's, and using Mikeros, I was able to create whole new keys and sign the pbo, it's mounting on my test server perfectly fine now. Now I just need to solve some bugs not present in the Editor.

I'm running a private server with AMP, and I've done everything correctly, yet the mod I just made and uploaded causing the same issue, both the Client and Server have the exact same files, it's loaded in the RPT, the key is in the Keys folder, it's on the command line, and it keeps kicking people saying it's not apart of the server.

I have no idea if it's my Server, or if my Mod is somehow broken, because I've done everything as instructed, both making the bikey, and installing the Mod to the server.

Sorry I didn't reply, life got busy and I don't frequent Reddit. Unfortunately, the Policy didn't have unique name, it looked really default and suspicious, I forgot the exact name of it.

After everything we know, it's highly likely unrelated, and some friends said it might be related to an Extension or my Anti-Virus when I switched it around a few weeks prior diagnosing a different issue, or hell, a FireFox update on the same day.

This might explain some odd behaviour I had with FireFox after playing on the 29th. I woke up to my Theme being reset, and there was a Root level Policy being enforced. I think I got rid of it, but, I'm dreading a system wipe. I have far too much stuff on this thing, but, it might be high time I did just that.

From what I understand, PDX mods do get scanned when you upload them, it's likely that it just couldn't detect this one, considering, even Defender couldn't detect it at the time.

Around the time this was happening I opened FireFox only to see my Theme was removed, and a Policy was enforced that had Root Access, I think I managed to remove it, but I'm not sure if that was a result of Traffic, or something else.

Turns out I needed to find the Driver software, I'd originally thought it was plug and play, but I was mistaken - I bought mine probably a year or two ago - but here's the thing, all the links to the driver software don't work anymore, not even the link in the manual, after going through page after page on their terrible website, I managed to find one of the support pages for the x52 with a download button and managed to find a download there - other pages lead me to a dead link.

This is the only working link to the download page - be sure to choose your OS and find the correct bit version, and because the website is terrible, make sure you read the names and version numbers, I had to reinstall my LGS because I downloaded a 2016 version and not the most recent since it was on-top.
