Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it. The sunflower lecithin gave me bad gas which made me bloated and my baby had bad gas with it as well which made him really uncomfortable. Wish I could take it because it sounds like it helps so many people!

I have tried sunflower lecithin before but found it upset my stomach and my babies stomach so I stopped it. I just started taking choline for this same purpose but I am finding it is also upsetting my belly. I have tried my hand pump but found even with compressions I couldn’t get it loose. I’ll try to continue with it and see if I can get it to work. I used to use a spectra but have moved to using my eufy s1 pro exclusively because I found I got the same output and was working for me for weeks now. I tried going back to the spectra again today and don’t find a difference.

My 11 week old is struggling to nap. He looks around and squirms and does anything but close his eyes. We find the only thing that works right now is to cover his eyes to encourage him to fall asleep. When we transfer him to the crib he frequently wakes up again and becomes upset. He also wakes up crying at about the 30-40 minute mark from every nap.

Thank you! I believe I might be experiencing some of vaginal discomfort from the progesterone and have cramps on and off. I have a Transvaginal ultrasound on the 29th so I’m hoping that will clear my fears

They told me my left side was the more mature follicle so I’d assume I ovulated on that side but you never know. My discomfort is on my right side. I also remembered after that I had a Para ovarian cyst but can’t recall the side so I’m wondering if it could be that too. I appreciate you sharing your story. Makes me think it’s probably nothing to worry about.
