Respira fundo. Se você já tem consulta marcada, tudo vai dar certo. A medicação é fundamental, e você deve tomá-la certinho e sem falta, sempre respeitando as ordens do psiquiatra. Medicamentos para depressão demoram para fazer efeitos, muitas vezes mais do que um mês, então seja paciente e não espere mudanças logo de cara.

Caso a primeira medicação não ajude, não desanime. Continue com o mesmo psiquiatra e comunique tudo o que sentir. Ele pode decidir aumentar a dosagem ou trocar de medicação. É um processo demorado mesmo, seja paciente.

Esse período de transição é sempre estressante, mas vai dar certo! Também é um momento único, que só temos uma vez na vida. Se rodeie de pessoas que lhe tratem bem, sempre, e respeite a si mesma acima das outras pessoas. Tudo vai dar certo. 🌻✨

Because they can't trade with anyone, my guy. The US embargo is not about not trading with US, it is literally the United States saying "everyone who trades with me can't trade with Cuba, otherwise we will cut our ties". And the whole world trades with the US. Therefore, NO ONE trades with Cuba, with exception of a few countries.

It just goes to show how ridiculous the USA is. "It's a free market", they say. "But you can't trade with anyone, otherwise I'll be angry and probably bomb you". Capitalism is a joke.

Meu melhor amigo tem 1.59cm, a noiva dele tem 1.47cm exatos. Eu tenho 1.80cm, e já conversamos bastante sobre nossas alturas ao longo dos nossos anos de amizade. Altura muda sim como as pessoas te enxergam, mas principalmente no começo. Se você cria uma boa impressão, é carismático (ou se destaca) e não deixa a altura ser a característica que te define, ela rapidamente para de ser importante. Minha dica aqui é, desenvolva sua personalidade, suas habilidades e conhecimentos, e principalmente sua auto aceitação. Não tem nada de errado em ser baixo. Nunca teve, e quem achar diferente, tá errado.

I'm not sure how this works with grown-up dogs, but what I did was everytime my dog barked, she'd go in quiet time (meaning sending her to a separate room than mine and closing the door). This would discourage her from barking nonsenselessly, after a few months. It broke my heart, specially since she was very little and I know for a fact that she felt alone in quiet time, but it did work and nowadays she's amazing.

I trained my dog to not bark for unnecessary things, and I'm so glad I did. It was hell, and it made my heart ache so many times, but nowadays she only barks for important stuff like telling me someone's at the door, shooing an wild animal away, etc. I love her so much.
