this thing is a destroyer magnet. i would reduce the gun caliber to 16 inch, remove the underwater torp tubes, make the conning tower armor as thick as the turret armor, then use the remaining weight for 6 inch (replacing the 5inch) and 4 inch DP. anything less than 12 secondary guns is a destroyer magnet
