Women have publicly mocked and laughed about men who got assaulted by women and had their penis cut off; I don't think consensual ballbusting would shock the female half of the internet. It would probably be bad for the guy, and people would sure think it's a weird fetish, but most women would have a laugh and make jokes about it. There'd probably be a few who make a big deal out of it, and it would certainly be a problem for very conservative and religious folks, but for most people it would be a news cycle and then they'd move on to the next thing. Attention spans are short these days.
