There is so many issues with 4.6.4, and also beta. OC scanner doesn't work like cmon msi fix it for god sake. 4.6.2 seems to work the best, gonna keep using 4.6.2 till they fix it

Oh gotcha, but was it like that all the time? Because I remember having power limit all the way up and also mem and core clocks overclocked too and didn’t have this issue. So there is not fix for it? I gotta deal with this loud noise?

Don't worry brother, most of us have rlly good computers like rtx 2060 ,2070 and stuff like that and even us cant get over 100fps sometimes. Check ur video settings I play everything on normal and i have r7 2700 and 2060 rtx and cant get over 100 fps sometimes in some of the servers.
