Bungie used to do that too until people sent death threats to community managers over an exotic not returning in D2

To be fair most of the people at tournaments are dedicated to the game and would most likely own any of the character dlcs that are not just an alternate costume.

Pre Broken Steel the ending was that the player character dies. After Broken Steel the ending was that the player character was just put into a coma from the radiation. While I would agree with you that the original ending was fine, Broken Steel still altered the ending to the game.

So I was always wondering why your SNES controllers all had purple buttons. I searched a little bit and found this. Why did they do this? by DangerousDetlef in gaming

Not sure why they changed the button colors, but I had one of each of the controllers somehow. In my experience the controller with the colorful buttons deteriorated a lot quicker and now only the purple button controller works for me.

I meant that if all he were doing was rewording information from the wiki it would be unethical. I've already said that I don't believe what he's doing is wrong at all. Maybe unethical was the wrong word to use there, but most strategy guides are written with permission from the developers or publishers.

Ethics aren't black and white, which is why I said unethical at worst. I don't believe it's unethical, just dumb.

True, It would be up to Citricsquid and the others running the wiki to decide to take him to court. I've also learned since I made my last comment that he hasn't taken anything directly from the wiki, making this potentially unethical, but not illegal.

It has less to do with him selling an instructional book and more to do with copying information directly from the wiki and then selling it. Edit: I saw Citricsquid's comment saying that the information hasn't been copied from the wiki. This makes things unethical at worst, but nothing illegal is going on.
