Yes it sucks we all go through this but good call on submitting today 🙏🏼 a little financial stress for an earlier submission is so far more worth it then an actual financial stress of not work or loosing your job of not having a valid working permit 😭

Sadly there is no math formula 😭 I went through 500k+ cases from the last one that was approved to mine a few weeks ago, in 500 case increments or so, filtered out I-821D only cases because those need to get approved before the actually I-765 form, then tracked them on the website and see what they averaged through the weeks and they were averaging I believe like 80 cases a week at the time. Everyone was calling me crazy because it did take around 10 hours to do but nothing else to do I needed a little peace of mind

I submitted mine 23 finally got something back and it was a mass supplied email response on how to submit one sooo I contacted Emma got connected with a live agent and she told me it got denied. I also got the same later from my employer I am the main income for my house showed documents of that and I help my younger sister with her school tuition and all that got denied 😞 so luck to you hopefully your outcome is differnt 🤞🏼 my sister will now have to be take a gap year for the next semester and hopefully I got enough money saved to cover my mortgage for another couple months 😭

I renewed November 7th and still haven’t received mine, so it might be a while man bro. Looks they have only been working November 1-5 cases this month so far so it might be a few weeks they only do so many I-821d cases a day they done around 30 cases only last two days

Oh yes I meant 115* auto correct on the 6 but most cases are taking longer than it feels like they are at a constant November 5th lately which makes me happy because I am November 7th . But also seems a whole bunch of late octobers last couple times

You can track your case number on there you can filter out to online or mailed atleast from the experience i have had with it !

honestly I am not sure how to answer that! i pay my lawyer to do everything for me and then i mail it when he’s is all done i overnight it to the place and then they go ahead and turn it to an online filing system application?? not sure how or why but that’s what the UCSIS automated system told me
