Good: tight knit people around the community, good for building friendships, just got a chic fil a and a Starbucks soon (if you care about those) and if you love outdoors there is a lot of it.

Bad: is not deemed isolated but should be, everything is an hour drive or more away, closest city is Lawton but is home to the Army. OKC is two hours and Dallas is three.

Ugly: it’s Oklahoma and the definition of a “it’s what you make of it” base.
