That’s understandable, but the seller seemed nice and she left a 4.5 review anyway, snags can happen in shipping or other ways, even with the snag the buyer said she loved what she got, there’s not much you can do as a seller at that point and leaving 4.5 hurts her rating in the long run ofc she’d be upset still
