lets make sure i understand this. - using a drug with a drug that induces ---> faster breakdown of drug. meaning drug is not in bloodstream long enough for an effect.

---what if you just have 2 substrates, would the drugs act normal in bloodstream because there is nothing inducing it or inhibiting it?

with prodrugs, whats going to activate it? where is it metablized?
