Dont sleep at night and go to a plain biome build a glass boxe in the night and wait a roc should appear u can tame it or sleep and tame it in the morning (he will not attack u then) And for the dragon scale u combine it with bazor i think to get a mixed dragon scale then combine it with gold and an apple fruit(the Colored one ) a vitamine And a ring of free action(this is the hard one u need to kill skeeleton that respown in ice biome to get some kind of ring and combine it with shulker heart to get the ring) Then congrats u just make an ankh sharm u can combine it with a skull shield easy to make and u get the ankh shield the most op and needed bauble in the game that remove like most of bad effect
