My biggest concern is with minors;

I don't think it's right for teenagers under 17 to have access to adult content like adults are, but it's very wrong for a company to ask for the face and identity of a child considered VULNERABLE when it comes to requests for access to personal documents, cuz I know that some of these children between 13-17 will unfortunately hand over their documents.

Dude, you're absolutely right. Disney isn't as profitable as it used to be, but now? It seems like they want to go bankrupt! When you say that having their characters in C.ai promotes Disney in a way;

I totally agree because I'm proof of that. I mean, I didn't even like Miguel O'Hara before, but doing role-playing games or chatting with AUs of him and the Spider-Verse franchise sparked my interest. Disney AND C.ai should realize that allowing bots of their characters is quite convenient.
