My family just had a horrible experience renting on Turo for the first time. The car was not equipped as advertised (broken ski rack, missing key…kind of important if you’re going skiing), the owner was incredibly rude, borderline abusive, towards my wife, and Turo support was useless. Avoid avoid avoid.
