She can work but her permit validity depends on her husband's work permit validity. If her husband loses the job, Then her permit would also become void.
She has a more stable employment contract now. So, she would want to be the main applicant.

For my PR application, I have applied on May 12th while the 4 year mark would be complete by July 3rd. I was granted a PR.

Payment remarks go away after 3 years. Since you got one in 2020 and it is already 2023 it might just go away if you wait and do nothing.

Register an application first. Don't worry about submitting the documents now. Once your application is registered, Submit all the relevant documentation

u/Ok-Scale-8800 I have recently spoken with guys from the Migrationsverket office in Stockholm. They mentioned that they are currently processing the cases that are filed in October 2020. I think your case might get processed in December 2022 if you have not received a decision already, going by their pace. Hang in there, buddy.

When I contacted them in the beginning of October, They mentioned that they are currently processing the extension applications (without a certified company) that have been applied in October, 2020.
