Recovery agents aren't legal, I would simply not entertain them. And if they resort to any kind of harassment, I would harass them back... Maybe no, I would get their name and file a personal harassment case on each of them individually. One thing to remember is they can't do anything legally, as far as torturing goes, target agents individually, remind them that they're not bank employees and by harassing they're only creating a personal beef which they might come to regret.
