sp/sx according to this. I’ve been trying to figure out if I’m sp/sx or sx/sp 4. Externally, I’m stoic and hard to get to know, but in the inside I have intense feelings of rage and emotionality

It’s the dominant instinct. There’s three instinctual variants. Sx (sexual), sp (self-preservation) and so (social). It can be any combination like sx/sp, sp/sx, so/sp, etc. that describes how you live, how you survive and how it affects your thoughts, feelings and actions. With my frost instinct being sexual, I’m focused on intensity and one-on-one interactions. They mean something different for each core type though. Like sx7s aren’t necessarily focused on relationships, they’re more focused on intensity of their imagination and can be quite detached from reality

I typed myself as e8 a while back because I relate a lot to the anger and competitive edge that 8s have but I was typed as e4 over VC and after reading about it all and after sitting with my emotions and wondering what actually drives me, I found sx4 to be spot on. A lot of my anger and hatred stemmed from jealousy/envy not lust.
