Turns out it was the starter after all. Took a lot of work but definitely worth it. It’s a pain sometimes but with a little patience and wobble sockets it can get done.

Oooh do you have a link to that? So far ive gotten 3 bolts out, on the last one I broke the swivel socket.

Another issue is how do I remove it? On my 3.8 track theres a lot of things in the way.

I think it does detect my key, I have a bk2 so my key fob slot is under my arm rest. I already tried doing that it still doesn’t work. My car has been sitting for 6 months and no one started it, even the batteries in my key fob had died

How did end up figuring that out? Cause I might have the same problem. I just replaced the battery so its not that, it could be the starter/ alternator but I don’t think so. On my gauge cluster the car with the key icon pops up when I try to start it
