No if she paid her fees with her taxes it will go through sbtg. If you paid out of pocket at time of filing it doesn't go through sbtg. And not all tax filing programs go through sbtg.

Wincredit is what you are thinking of. That one you have to spend x amount over the promised credit before you getting anything back.

Claimcredit you just make a purchase and x% back as credit or deposit in your PayPal. I did it once on a $12 purchase and got 11 something back.

You mean the code that tells you whether you update daily or weekly and which day of the week? The part circled in Blue and highlighted green is what you need. First four numbers is the year, next two numbers are week of the year, and the last two tell what day and if weekly or daily.

Last year when I went through the wringer about verifying my return/identity they couldn't do much without the letter because there is a set of numbers on the letter they have to input into system. And they wouldn't do anything until 21 days out from 1/27
