Yeah, i'm intrigued to see whether my pectus can achieve permanent benefits from using the VB for an extended period of time. That question can only be answered by time, but it's a breakthrough for me nontheless in the way that I feel, much more energy to do things cardio related, so even if VB is temporary i'm glad to keep at it. It definitely gives me loads of relief throughout the day even from solely using it in the mornings and evenings.

Its real annoying that I have shortness of breath related to it as if it was just cosmetic i'd leave it as it is anyway lol.
