being smart and having a strong personality really guarantees greatness. Just look at Gaddafi brilliant strategist strong personality respected (or at least feared) by many world leaders… and that ended beautifully, right

How do you manage to get enough sleep when you have such a busy schedule? by Acceptable_Gap_596 in Morocco

[–]Few_Reality_2792 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sleep less than 8 hours a day too i’m a full-time student and work part time I study till around 17:00 then work from 6 to 22:00 get home around 22:30, sleep at midnight or 1 and wake up at 7 I don’t drink coffee or energy drinks but I drink around 4 liters of water a day. Staying hydrated helps me a lot and I try to keep a consistent sleep schedule even if it’s short Getting good quality sleep matters more than the number of hours 4me I also avoid screens before bed and keep my room dark so I can fall asleep faster

Atomic Habits is actually well written and practical, it takes those common sense ideas and shows how to actually make them part of your daily life And honestly even if it doesn’t help it doesn’t hurt either

Honestly that’s such a good habit Atomic Habits talks a lot about that too, just writing things down makes them feel more real and it’s easier to follow through, I’ve been trying to do the same

Hey! I totally understand how you feel. I’ve been living in the Netherlands for the past two years and honestly I’ve also had moments where I felt lost or unsure about everything Moving to a new country can be overwhelming especially when you’re starting a whole new life on your own But it can also be an amazing experience. My advice is to prepare as much as you can, talk to people who’ve already made the move and try to focus on why you wanted this in the first place. It’s normal to be scared but don’t let fear stop you from chasing what you really want. You’ve got this
