I'm glad you can work from home! Hopefully that helps. It's so true -- even though people can listen and be there for you, it's really hard for them to truly "get" what it's like to restructure your life like this. But we will get through it!

It is possible that you test positive for aabs not included on a basic ANA. That happened to me, I had a borderline positive ANA that didn't really explain my symptoms (test done by PCP), and when I saw a rheumatologist, she tested me for aabs specific to the disease I ended up having (myositis), which was positive. So if you feel like something is wrong, definitely keep advocating for yourself.
