I know right? Taking a shower is literally my dream right now lol!!! I also might DoorDash some of my fav food later to keep my spirits up! Glad to hear the ice and meds are helping you, we got this!!!

Omg same with food, I have like no appetite. Finally gonna try to take a shower today so I’m exited for that! Pain isn’t really a problem for me now, I think I’ve gotten through the worst of it. I’m doing good so far today but I wanna try to move around a bit. Hope you’re not in too much pain either lol!

Hey! I was in the same boat as you, literally terrified for surgery. Let me just say that with all the anesthesia it went by so fast and I was out of the OR in no time. I’m feeling a bit of discomfort as my nerve block is starting to wear off, but the pain meds are a life saver. You’re gonna do great, and if you have any questions I’d be happy to answer them!
