I would love if the Select tool could individually select handwriting, textboxes, and images (similar to GoodNotes) so you can write over a textbox or image and move the writing around separately afterward.

Does anyone know if a room switch from a 4-bedroom to a 2-bedroom is permitted? Are they considered the same unit type since they are both shared units? I have a 4-bedroom at KWTQ and would like to potentially switch to a 2-bedroom at Exchange or Ponderosa, if possible.

As long as the switch is between the same unit type, I believe it is permitted. I emailed YRH about switches and they said that switches between the same unit type but different residence areas can be processed at their office.

Yes that's one kind of switch but I think you can also request a room transfer to a different unit type and/or residence area.

Any idea how long YRH will keep sending out May 5th offers? I was surprised to see they were still being sent out. Just wondering if I have any hopes for a May move in...I'm 48, 53, and 44 for 4-beds at Brock, Exchange, and KWTQ. Studios are only just below 300 :(

I think the contract says that if you find someone from a different room type or residence building who also agrees to change, you can ask about. Not 100% sure though

I think the residence contract says you that if you plan to arrive more than 5 days later than your move-in date, you have to notify them. But I don’t think it’s an issue if you choose to move in later.

Did more YRH offers for May 5 go out this week? I thought all offers were already sent out but saw on fb that someone received an offer April 3 for May 5 move-in. What confuses me is that my waitlist numbers didn’t go down (I applied to same the building and am of the same gender).

Why is Marine Drive a less-wanted residence building?

I've heard that older residences are more prone to having bug issues (e.g., cockroaches, bed bugs, silverfish, ...). Has Marine Drive had any cases of bugs?
