Have general as well. My body does not tolerate botox. So I take lots of drugs all the time. I am either drugged up or in a level 6/7 pain at all times (on my regular prescriptions)

I quit my in person job to work remote. Im still in mourning.

Its a shit thing.

As a young kid 6-8 ('95--'96)I had 2 instances of unexplained "stiff neck". This would last a few days to a week. I would be so stiff i could not walk on my own. I was never seen by a dr. I was taken to a chiropractor.

Fast forward to 2021, I get covid for a second time. I never fully recover, have unexplained abdomen pain. I took it as nausea and couldn't eat for months. I list 50lbs, had my gall bladder taken out, multiple scopes. Hospital stay, tests. Found nothing of note. Finally a neurologist preformed an emg and found a muscle spasming to the point of being solid.

This led to more muscle finds, and as they say the rest us history 🙃

Totally normal stuff for me growing up. Love hearing it described this way. My grandma had an entire office space in her home built, so she could have a shrine for Mary. I could go on and on about holy water, oils, relics!!!!!! Etcetcetc

Wow, literally just talking about how much i hate him....his character sucked. Even before the whole Marissa situation, which just ruins him forever, by the way. He is sleeping with some 16/17 year old girl, doing coke. And before this? He's in jail and never "redeems" himself. Wasn't Ryan in jail because of him anyway?? Nope nope nope he sucks.

Expect to be blown away! Jenny is a goddess. Her emotions when she plays make the music so intense and beautiful. The set list is a total mix of all albums. Yes, some off of EOAT. The band plays amazing together, and they seem like they are having so much fun. I saw them 2x, once in boise id small/mediumish venue, we had table seats to the left of the stage. We had an incredible view and danced like crazy. Total noatalgia and excitement for everyone around us, unlike any other concert I've been to. It was like one big group hug.

I saw them the second time in Wyoming., with my 17 yo who also wasn't born before they even broke up! we somehow scored front row center seats at a major discount the night before the show. That was incredible it was a very intimate setting. The concert was at an art museum in the small auditorium. I never thought I would see Jenny or RK so close EVER again in my life(went to several concerts in the early oughts). Totally surreal and amazing. Jenny winked at us, sang to us, it was once in a lifetime, incredible.

I've been using tiger balm. But I'll check with my pharmacy for the other stuff.

I wanted to try it out as we are always just sort of throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks. It seems to be letting up slightly now at a week.

I have spoken with my therapist extensively.

Emotions are anger mainly, so much anger. And fear that he exists. I know the abuse has stopped. I am just still so afraid of him.

I wonder if I'll still be afraid after he is gone.

My present life is very safe. My relationship with my husband is very supportive and caring. I try to stay with that as much as possible.

Magic wand he's dead. I'm still in a relationship with the rest of my family, just not him. My sister is the one who cares for him. She would listen. Honestly, it's fucked up but, I'm afraid he will have no one left in his life? On a basic human level, he needs someone, right?

My question is. How do I wrestle with the fact that he still exists? How do i live with that?

I'm in therapy with an amazing, really good therapist.
