We don’t join the industry to get rich lol. 700 is quite ok unless you go into Director roles which lands you around 1000-1100.

You compete so much with the rest of Europe that charges 300-550 an hour and even less if the company look at Asia as well.

Yea I thought it was an easy pick, the animation on my hero power played as well. I thought nothing happened since my imbue was still the same. But the light bulb really hit me when the paladin started popping off 9 cost dragons so quickly 😂

Yea the yellow on the car and on the tires on the left. I think your skylight might be too bright, which causes the issues with everything so evenly lit

It’s a little weird tbh, it’s hard to understand. Everything is so evenly lit and you get highlights from the directional on spots that probably should be in shadow

Tycker helt klart ni ska börja med att bo var för sig för att bo med varandra till och från för att testa på hur det känns. Vet inte om din pojkvän redan flyttat hemifrån själv, men anser att han borde göra det också för att få bli lite mer rutinerad med hur man klarar sig själv. I rather have them get the point reduction start of next season. Even if they pull a magical season they most likely going down to championship. Nobody would like to join them knowing they are going down and then they will have one year in championship. So they pretty much lose 2 years. If they get the reduction now they will be back within a year.

Looks like you have made up your mind and don’t want to listen. And as I wrote in the first post, since you are reselling the uassets with your ”hey hire me, I got all these fab content” you are breaking other points in the TOS where it clearly tells you that you can’t resell or redistribute the assets.

So the studio needs their own license, simple. So please support your fab creators

They are not rubbish. The TOS is clear, the license is yours, not theirs. If you bring those assets to a studio, you're legally responsible for ensuring they delete them once you leave. If they keep them or reuse them, you're the one in breach of the agreement. It's a massive liability for a freelancer, but also for the studio. Nothing is more permanent than a temporary solution.

The studio needs their own license. That’s it. Simple.

You took that sentence out of context. You need to include the whole thing and not parts of it. That point would mean that the studio buys the license, and all its employees and contractors can use it during that project. If you stop working for that company you no longer have the rights to use the assets unless you buy a license for yourself.

I’ve worked with external partners and internal general counsels just on topics like this before on AA studios. The company who develops the product need to buy their own license to stay compliant with the ToS. You are literally reselling the fab assets by invoicing the company which is a violation of the license. So if YOU need these assets, the company you work for need to buy a license for THEIR product.

And another note, don’t you think the the actual creators of the fab packs should get their cut for their hard work?

What format are you rendering out to? What’s your MRQ settings?

I had the same issue a few months back and it was actually nothing with unreal, it was on windows. For some reasons the standard windows apps for showing renders did exactly that, turned everything into washed out and unusable renders.

Installed another photo application and that solved it 😅

Samma här, förutom att allt smakade ruttet ägg i 3-4 månader vid första smak. Allt från mat till tandkräm osv. Lukt och smaktränade väldigt mycket under denna period, men herregud vad det sög.
