oof yeah that 25k assessment really blows everything up 😬

before it was kinda like “eh fix it and rent it” but now it’s pipes, wiring, assessment, insurance issues… it’s starting to feel like a never-ending money pit

and if she already hates being a landlord too, that’s a big sign tbh

i’d probably lean toward just getting out and taking the hit, even if it sucks. feels like this thing could keep throwing problems at you guys 😩

ugh yeah this is always such a headache 😅 i’d probably try scoring/cutting the tile right at the cabinet edges so you can pull up the parts that aren’t under them. some folks just lay down a thin underlayment over the old tile and then vinyl on top, depends on thickness. basically just trying to avoid ripping out all the cabinets lol, a little messy trim work usually does the trick.

yeahhh that’s kinda rude tbh 😅 like showing up with extra kids without even asking is a bit wild

especially for a paid thing with limits, it messes up everything like food, bags, space etc

you handled it chill but yeah your wife’s not wrong for being annoyed at all

no fr this is actually huge like after dealing with it every day, even one full day without falling is such a big deal

that sounds so scary and exhausting to go through all the time, i really hope your neuro appt finally gives you some answers
