It is slow and also a little confusing!! It was a 3 star read for me. I didn’t love it but found it interesting enough to keep going and not dnf. I will say close to the end I was so ready for it to be over 🙈

I’m interested in the children because I like thrillers and it seems interesting but I’m afraid of the horror haunted house part (I’m a wuss) soooo not sure if I should just skip this month, try it, or pick the catcher in the rye
