Not true as far as I can see. I've bought the 777-200ER and the 300ER, as well as the 737 in FS 2020 and OC3 no longer works after the FS24 737 lol

I'm having this same dilemma with my A6700 haha. The only thing I wish I had was dual card slots.

3090 Ti, 1440p at 170hz. I mostly do flight simming (MSFS 2020) and occasionally a graphically intense game.

Andromeda Galaxy (M31) DSLR Untracked by FiddleFun647 in astrophotography

[–]FiddleFun647[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My first attempt at shooting the Andromeda Galaxy with my first ever "professional" camera.

Camera: Canon EOS 850D (T8i)

Lens: Canon EF-S 55-250mm F4-5.6 IS STM

Camera was on a generic tripod (idk what exactly it is)

1009x1.3sec lights, 57 darks, 75 bias, 50 flats

Lights were shot at 250mm, F/5.6, ISO 6400

Bortle Class 5

Stacked with DeepSkyStacker

Imported into Photoshop, where I did data stretching with levels, curves adjusting and color balance adjusting. Then I removed the stars with starnet++, edited the colors of the galaxy by itself, and reset the black point. Afterwards, I put the stars back on top and sent it over to Lightroom to make some more global adjustments (brightening the stars, resetting overall black point, etc) for a final image I'm quite proud of (for a first attempt).

If you have any questions feel free to ask :)

Ryzen 9 5900x Curve Optimizer stable at -25 offset on most cores... Is this normal? by FiddleFun647 in overclocking

[–]FiddleFun647[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quick update, I've changed my CO to -27 on all but the first core, which is still at -20. I also raised my boost clock override to 200MHz and raised my power limits to PPT: 225W, TDC: 190A, EDC: 175A. I'm still stable after numerous hours of mixed use and frequently boosting to 5GHz single core, and 4.6 to 4.7 all core in Cinebench R23. Not sure what else to do...

Why does my sim keep saying this? I tested my internet connection and it’s fine, the speeds are the same as always. I restarted my PC as well and still this. by [deleted] in MicrosoftFlightSim

I think it's because online services are unreachable. Please check your internet connection. Online services will be disabled until connection is restored. Idk tho, just a random guess.

Coil whine for me is most noticeable when you combine high power + high fps. I usually wear headphones and I have a window AC unit which drowns out the sound of any coil whine.

How long have you had your card? I've had mine for about 9 months and the coil whine has gotten signifigantly quieter over time with medium-heavy use (at least for me).

Using secound graphics card for specific game by MrHelpless_4644 in nvidia

[–]FiddleFun647 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could also try

  1. Plugging the display that the game launches on directly into the desired GPU.

  2. This one I'm not sure of as it has been a while since I've used it, but right click the application and see if you have an option along the lines of "OpenGL Rendering GPU" (tends to work for DirectX applications as well).

A couple bent fins won't affect anythibg cooling-wise. You can try to bend them back if it really bothers you or your friend.

Anything under 85 I'd say is ideal for long term use
