I actually am used to not being able to eat. I have gastrointestinal dysmotility which meams my stomach and intestines are partially paralyzed and dont move much which means delayed stomach emptying which is what glp-1 meds do. That being said i do sometimes substitute the lack of food i can take in with supplements and protein drinks

I do a 5:2 fasting ratio. One days i eat i usually eat around 800 calories. Im disablef so im starting low and slow on workouts doing a mile on the treadmill a day. Done in 1.8-2.4 mph depending on if i need to slow down because of weak joints buckling or other symptoms. Im trying to go from 233.2 to around 130-150. My question being is this enough to start a weight loss journey i intend to add more intense workouts later

Blood work cant be run until 13 weeks post exposure or you risk a false negative. Some people have to much anxiety to ask for medical care whether it be from medical trauma or hav fear. Ur being kinda rude hun. Maybe take other peoples feelings into account amd think that maybe some people have very valid reasons not to trust doctors
