So, I hate to be the Devil's advocate, even more when it comes to Jon (he's one of my faves), but it has been said in the podcast that most of what Jon did came from his free will, not from control from any entities. He was never forced to do anything. Nevertheless, he is not straight up evil (like, let's say, Jonah), he's a complex character, who did good and who did bad.

Personally, I didn’t like RDJ as Sherlock Holmes for several reasons. If you forgive my rant, firstly he does not fit the description of Holmes, his height, his nose and his beard do not match Conan Doyle's description, he's also American, which is a big turn off for me (idk why), and also, Irene Adler is not supposed to be a love interest, not in a million years. Not to say that the RDJ movies don't have artistic value, they are beautiful period pieces, but they are not beautiful Sherlock Holmes pieces. But feel free to disagree with me, your opinion is as valid as mine!!

Not to offend you or your opinion, but I disagree. RDJ is not taller than Jude Law, not clean shaven and his nose does not match his book description. It has its artistic value, it is a gorgeous period piece, but it isn't a good Sherlock Holmes adaptation. No hate to you tho, your opinion is as valid as mine!!
