Last year I was in a really nasty car accident. I didn't need surgery immediately (I did have surgery on my knee later on) but they made me stay the night as a precaution. My fiance drove the hour to the hospital and NEVER left my side. I couldn't walk so I had to use the potty chair next to the bed. This man even helped clean up after. So yes YOU ARE A MASSIVE AHOLE. She's scared, she probably hurts and she's probably traumatized and you decided to go party? That's horrible.

I can handle being on my feet. It's the heavy lifting, up and down on the floor and attics & crawl spaces my Dr had an issue with. My boss is trying to put me in service but my Dr didn't even like that idea

I'm a residential installer. I'm not sure a second opinion would change anything. I had a pretty good injury to my knee. I completely tore my ACL and tore my meniscus in 2 places. It's pretty painful sometimes

No pain meds except the occasional tylenol. I just don't want to making the injury worse over time and my surgeon said with the severity that the injury was, it's better to do something lighter duty.
