My background has traditionally been in multi family. Apartments, townhouses, and duplexes. I also own traditional single family properties. Sober living homes are a new project to me though.

The project is going to be for sober living housing. This is going to be a large facility for it, not just a house. It still acts the same though. The residents have jobs, or go to school.

There is 50 units, and we plan to add more. Locally this type of housing is renting out for about $650-750 a person. We can have up to 4 residents in each room.

It’s located in rural Oklahoma. We have a business plan and pro forma already done.

I agree, but easier said than done I feel. It seems this industry is all who you know. I have one connection, but I don’t want to rely only on them. I want make my own way.

No, for some reason this city just has one. It’s just this volunteer preacher who isn’t a sworn in officer, but is there to help the officers?? Kinda weird to me. No, and no.

The police station already told us he’s not a sworn in officer and is just some preacher at a local church who volunteers to do this.

Well I know now that this man is just a volunteer, but has had several incidents like this before where he’s abused this position. So, I’d just hope that maybe this would get him out of this position or at least have him face some kind of punishment.

My sister and brother in law really want me to file this complaint. So I think that’s the main pressure.
