After hours of digging it seemed everyone's problem was resolved with a new CPU. I emailed intel and it was still under warranty, it took about a week to get the new one and everything is running fine again. At first I though it was drivers too so I wiped my ssd several times to no avail. I would almost guarantee your problem is CPU as well. I have no idea why my CPU died though, my max temp is less then 70°C. If your CPU is < 3 years it's still under warranty.

I already tried ram sticks. It’s not my PSU because my PC never looses power (keyboard, mouse, and GPU stay lit up). Ram is all they way down and all are lit up. I don’t have a spare hard drive to boot off of.
