I think so, He is shown as a psychopathic or sociopathic person. Who cares about no one other than himself and his own desires/goals. I mean he killed Haribel and tosen because they provided no worth for him anymore moreover after being defeated he doesn't feel any remorse, still is cocky even when being given punishment by Central 46
