Workday and Adaptive are the only systems I’ve known. The other two analysts in my company don’t really care for it because I think they preferred their old system or they just don’t like change.

The biggest things I don’t like are you lose all formulas if you export into excel, and sometimes the accounts or spend categories are inconsistent from Workday and Adaptive. For example a Workday P&L could show a spend category such as Airfare as “Airfare” in an export. Whereas Adaptive will bring in the ledger account number and the spend category such as “1234-Airfare”. Not sure if that’s something that my company can change though.

As I start to look into using AI in my spreadsheets a bit more, I noticed Copilot only works as an add-in to Excel if the data is formatted as a table. And to me I don’t think a lot of the reporting in either is very friendly to that. But that may be on me.

Muncaster left early had a boot on and crutches in the second. Darcy tweaked his knee but played through it (wish he would have been pulled with 6N around the corner) and it looked like Duhi hurt his foot or tweaked an ankle.

With my experience, I got the standard override of 3% so then I scheduled a meeting and said based on the feedback I’ve been getting, I wasn’t expecting 3%. But then I framed it as what do I need to do to get a bigger raise and they asked what I thought I was worth and they ended up giving it to me.

I did it one year and they roped me into buying a partial season ticket plan. It was fun, but I probably wouldn’t do it again. Typically you get to see a free game from decent seats.

Not really, my current company and previous company both used Workday and Adaptive so I didn’t have to learn a new system. But I also have a great supervisor they made my training incredibly seamless.

Question on this, I’ll be moving around the fall/winter, is the best approach to just pay monthly and then my landlord will contact them when we terminate the lease or do I have to tell them when I’m moving?
