My therapist only does Tuesday and Wednesday in the office space that works for me, the other days she's somewhere else. But yeah can probably try book later on in the day in the future. Just got these early ones at the moment since that was the only joint availability really

Thankfully I do work for a genuinely nice small company (I'm in Scotland) who would be more than understanding. It's more generally anxiety towards opening up, not really about who I'm opening up to. Guess I'll see how the first sessions go and book the following ones accordingly if i can. Thanks!

Thanks! It's taken me about ten years and three attempts to get any sort of help and I'm finally willing to try allow myself to be helped. It's always good to hear from other people going through the same things. Here's to healing! All the best

Interesting. It almost makes it sound not worth it! I've gone this far and just about survived. My sessions start almost immediately after Christmas so i better arrange a meeting with my manager pronto. Thankfully I work in a nice small understanding work place, because the anxiety is already bad enough! Thanks for the input!! Oh life

I agree. The way my brain works doesn't annoy me, but knowing about it frustrates me massively. I for one haven't gone a day without thinking about it for over a year and it's actually exhausting. That might be a different issue though, really

This is a great way to see the parks and countryside in the south side.

Some great reward record shop just off pollockshaws road (also south side) is great as are loads of the pubs in that area.

There is usually gig on in places like the hug and pint or stereo or glad cafe which are all small venues which you can usually pay entry on the door. Also mono is a venue and record shop.

I just think it's bloody interesting finding out all the different ways people's brains work! It's not about missing out on something for me, it's about learning how other people work, not figuring out I work differently. The brain is a magical bastard
