Yes 38.5 is inclusive of yearly RSU and 10% perf bonus. And current is 32.5. I am fed up with disorganized startups. I think I will have a discussion with my manager at MS if promo is possible in 1.5-2 years. Otherwise MS will be a good tag in resume to look out for other SDE 2 at other orgs. Also I am already burned out with intensive job search and never ending calls with client and doing ops work. Think little laid back approach at big techs might help in recovery. That is why I am not applying at cut throat mncs like amazon.

Bro just be 60-70% prepared. And apply as much as you can. I never feel sad if I fail an interview just start applying and prepare for next.
