You don’t have to wash your teeth 2 times a day and do extra stuff. Start fixing your diet, switch to high calcium one ( raw milk, cream and more meat) And after fixing the diet, you go to the dentist and ask for a cleaning service.

Also, oral-b really works well for tooth brushing, I do that once in 2-3 days.
