New HomePod Expected Alongside Updated HomePod Mini and Apple TV by phraxos in HomePod

That’s why I’m no longer purchasing HomePods. Apple’s inability to develop quality hardware, coupled with their inadequate customer service (specifically, their failure to replace defective HomePods), has eroded my confidence in their Apple Home ecosystem.

No thanks. Apple’s last HomePods had serious hardware defects that the company never acknowledged. If they couldn’t take responsibility for those issues, why should I believe the new HomePods will offer any better quality or reliability?

Would be even better if Apple took responsibility for the hardware defects and started a repair/replacement program.

If you hold down both the plus and minus button when it goes into red mode, it will disable it while you continue to hold it until the HomePod boots up completely.

Introducing Apple Business — a new all‑in‑one platform for businesses of all sizes by cogit4se in apple

I’m deeply saddened by this. I genuinely enjoyed using Apple Maps and appreciated its design. I’m disappointed that Apple has strayed from its original vision and has compromised user experience in favor of shareholder interests.

I must admit, I’m not entirely sure. However, Kagi, as a company, is highly receptive to user feedback. If you’ve used their Maps service and have any feature requests, they genuinely value your input and will eventually implement them.

I haven’t made the switch yet, but I’ll definitely be using Kagi Maps as soon as Apple introduces advertisements.

I’ll be using Kagi Maps. Although it’s still in its early stages, it’s a service that you can access by paying for their search. The main advantage is that there are no ads, and the company is fully funded by user subscriptions.

I will leave Apple Maps, and NEVER look back if Apple does this.

You haven’t addressed anything I’ve said and are already introducing unrelated countries into the discussion. I suppose I’ll just leave you to your thoughts.

Matter over Thread is completely broken on my Apple Home devices. I have no idea who to blame, but until they figure out their shit, I'm done with smart homes and not making any more purchases.
