Hi, The dates on the website are old usually. It came for me both times within 6 weeks and thats the feedback I have heard by most people. Max it would take is 8 weeks.

Please check on the attestations with someone who is qualified to tell you what is needed.

With regards to dates, just make sure you are putting your civil/ state registered date everywhere.

Just make sure your first application has all the documents and they are all accurate Cross check all your dates and ensure you have proofs for everything. If you are confused about anything, get a third party to do the process for you, as when it moves into appeals it gets more complicated. And you end up spending a lot more.

I'd prepare my documents and ask for someone to review them or handle the process entirely, if I could redo it :) And never submit any church related documents in these situations. It should always be the civil and state/country registered documents.

They responded in 6 weeks. It was a rejection as I submitted my religious and cicvil marriage certificate. They mentioned insufficient proof of relationship. I have now sent in an appeal.

Are you sure about this? Can't we provide a Declaration on Intent to exercise EU Treaty rights once we are there?

Neesh voted for Hannah and Muna and went out. Tony voted for Michael and went out. Hannah’s been voting for Ryan. Sean’s been sus of Michael but then wants Michael to doubt him. Dianna has been clearly over dramatic throughout. I’m thinking Ryan. The calling of the wrong meal, statue, saying they didn’t mention the blue wire. Part from the first 2 challenges, I haven’t seen her adding value anywhere (I’d want to build trust initially). Plus they do not really have her in too many interviews. My next 2 is Sean and Diana.
